Tiffany Haddish Drags C-Section Babies as ‘Lazy’ Master Manipulators Who Couldn’t Push Through

Tiffany Haddish just went full unfiltered and dragged an entire generation — C-section babies.

While riffing on comedy, cancel culture, and sensitive audiences on The Jason Lee Show, Tiffany launched into a wild bit about natural birth versus C-sections.

She didn’t hold back, claiming C-section babies are “lazy,” didn’t “push through,” and turned into master manipulators because they needed help entering the world.

“You didn’t push through… You got your mama belly all cut up because you wanted to come out feet first,” she says. “They always need help. They master-mind manipulators.”

The comedian doubled down, joking that C-section babies require their heads to be squeezed to “turn the start button on” and that natural birth activates the brain better. She even suggested it explains why they supposedly need more assistance in life.

Jason Lee laughed along, playfully warning that “the C-section community is going to be so mad at you,” while Tiffany shrugged it off with her signature chaotic energy.

She tied the rant to her broader point about modern sensitivity — blaming “C-section babies” (born late 1900s to early 2000s) for being too easily offended and contributing to comedians getting canceled over old-school jokes. The bit is classic Tiffany: edgy, unapologetic, and fully aware it could spark backlash.

At one point, she even joked that their moms got “cut up” so they could come out on schedule, and that pushing through naturally would’ve helped their mothers “snatch back better.”

The two laughed through the entire segment, with Tiffany adding disclaimers that she loves the C-section community while continuing to roast them.

In true Haddish fashion, she’s already anticipating the outrage — and doesn’t seem too bothered by it.

Good luck canceling Tiffany over birth stories.
